2022 Exhibition Prospectus

Online Exhibit: Sunday, November 6, 2022 to Monday, November 6, 2023.
Exhibit Entry: July 1, 2022, to September 1, 2022.
Awards: $20,000 in cash and merchandise awards.
Awards Juror: Erika Schaefer, Executive Director Monmouth Museum
Acceptance Notifications to Associate Members: Sunday, September 25, 2022, via email and website.
Acceptance Notifications to Non-Members: Sunday, September 25, 2022, via email and website.
Awards Notification: Sunday, October 30, 2022

Exhibit Entrants Requirements

1. Renew or register membership and pay dues on Audubon Artists’ Website.

Elected Member Dues are $70.

Associate Member Dues are $40.

All Members’ Dues must be paid to participate in the exhibition.

 2. Submissions to the Annual Exhibition will be made at ShowSubmit.com
Login/Create an account at ShowSubmit.com to enter the Annual Exhibition.
Submit your original high-quality Image file.

You do not need to resize your image or rename your image.

Entree Fee

– 1 Entry per Artist
– $30 per Entry
– 1 Work per Entry
– No Refunds

One Entree per Artist

– 2D Work – one JPEG image, there is no work size or weight limitation
– 3D Work – two JPEG image(s) of the same work with different views for
Sculpture in the Round, there is no work size or weight limitation.

ALL EXHIBITORS, Elected, Honorary, Associate, Non-Members must pay the $30 Entry Fee.

    3. Elected and Honorary Members are Jury Free.
    *Elected Members are subject to the jury if their entry is not in their designated medium category.

    4. To enter on behalf of an Artist go to Show Submit, enter the artist’s email address or a unique email address, if they don’t have one, to create their account and proceed with the submission and payment process.

    Eligible Artists: 






      Requirements for Entry:

      -All dues and arrears must be paid by September 1, 2022.
      -Any entry received after September 1, 2022, will not be processed.
      -This is an Elected, Honorary, Associate, and Non-Members show.
      -Entries from NEW ASSOCIATES MEMBERS are welcome.
      -All artist entrants must reside in the USA.

      Eligible Work:

      Six Medium Categories:
      – Aquamedia
      – Collage and Mixed Media
      – Graphics
      – Oils/Acrylics
      – Pastels
      – Sculpture

      All work by the artists must be original, created within the last 5 years, and not previously exhibited in any Audubon Artists Exhibit.

      Computer-generated art, photography or class work will not accepted. No digital artwork.
      All work must be for sale (No NFS or POR) and priced realistically.

      No Commission will be taken by Audubon Artists, Inc. on any sale for 2022 one Year Online Exhibition.

      Any communications on selling work accepted in this Online Exhibition must be handled by the Artist/Seller and the Buyer.

      Audubon Artists Inc. will not be involved. The Artists’ email addresses will appear below their work if agreed to in the Show Submit Entry Form.

      Any work not meeting Audubon quality standards will not be accepted. Jurors’
      decisions are final, and acceptance into the exhibit is not guaranteed.

      All fees are non-refundable.

      Medium Directors as Selections Jurors will review Associate Member and Non-Member images Online to determine acceptance

      Audubon Artists Quality Standards:

      • Photograph all art without a frame, mat, glass, or objects in the background.
      • Work should be a well-lighted and sharp focus.
      • Sculpture should be photographed on a neutral background.

      Media/Press release:

      Audubon Artists reserves the right to use exhibited digital images for accepted and exhibited work submitted to Audubon Artists Inc. for documentary and promotional purposes.

      By participating in the Audubon Artists annual exhibit, you agree on the Audubon Artists and that this art society may use, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display your name, likeness, image, and photos of you for advertising and promotional purposes.
