Awards: $20,000 in cash, merchandise awards, and medals

Receiving Day: Sunday, Oct. 28th from 8:30am to 1pm
to Associate Members: Sunday, September 23rd, via website
Awards Notification: Monday, Oct. 29th, via email and website

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS CAREFULLY
ELIGIBLE ARTIST MEMBERS:
Associate, Elected and Honorary Members in good standing (All dues and arrears must be paid by September 1st.)
Any entry received without $20 Electronic Entry Fee payment and JPEG image from Associates will not be processed. Any entry received after Sept.1, 2018 will not be processed.
This is a members-only show. Entries from NEW ASSOCIATE MEMBERS are welcome. All artist entrants must reside in the USA.
ELIGIBLE WORK: Six Medium Categories
• Aquamedia • Collage and Mixed Media •Graphics • Oils/Acrylics • Pastels • Sculpture
All work by the artist must be original, created within the last 5 years, and not previously exhibited in any Audubon Artists Exhibit.
Computer generated art, photography or class work will not be accepted.
All work must be for sale (No NFS or POR) and priced realistically. AA receives a sales commission of 30% on all sales related to the Exhibit.
Any work not meeting AA quality standards will not be accepted. Jurors’ decisions are final, and acceptance into the exhibit is not guaranteed. All fees are non-refundable.
DIGITAL IMAGE (JPEG) REQUIREMENTS:
NOTE: Medium directors will review images online to determine acceptance for this exhibit for Associates or Elected and Honorary Members submitting out of their Membership Medium Designation
AA QUALITY STANDARDS:
Photograph all art without a frame, mat, glass or objects in the background. Work should be well-lighted and in sharp focus. Sculpture should be photographed on neutral background.
One entry per member
• 2-D work — one JPEG image (not to exceed 40in framed)
• 3-D work — one or two JPEG images of the same entry (max. size 48in x 34in excluding base and not to exceed 150lbs)
JPEG image must meet these size requirements:
300 dpi resolution and image size not to exceed 1MB
All JPEG image files must be labeled as follows PRIOR to uploading them to the entry form:

NOTE: please do not use quotation marks or special characters when labeling image.
Do NOT use a cell phone or tablet to submit your images. Due to the large volume of entries we receive, we cannot label images for you. Images that are not labeled correctly will be rejected.

Audubon Artists reserves the right to use digital images or accepted and exhibited work for DOCUMENTATIONAL & promotional purposes only.
LIABILITY: Audubon Artists or anyone connected with this exhibition will not be responsible for loss or damage however caused. Artists are encouraged to carry their own insurance. Your entry into this exhibition constitutes an agreement with these terms and conditions
SHIPPING & DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS:
Art works shipped directly to the Salmagundi Club will not be accepted.
Delivery on Receiving Day must be unpacked by the artist.
Packing materials cannot be stored at the Salmagundi Club.
