Online Exhibit October 1 – December 31, 2017
IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All Associate, Elected, and Honorary Members must pay $20 Entry Free at “Checkout” link of website.

Online Exhibit: October 1-December 31, 2017
Exhibit Entry: June 1-September 7, 2017, online
Awards: $20,000 in cash, merchandise awards, and medals
Jurors: To be announced
Acceptance Notification to All Members: September 24, via the website
Awards Notification: October 15, via email and website

ALL EXHIBIT ENTRANTS MUST:
1. Renew or register membership and pay dues (http://audubonartists.org/membership/; “Membership” link).
2. Register for Exhibit below (pay $20 Entry Fee)
3. Submit JPEG Image (Elected and Honorary Members are Jury Free but must meet AA quality standards – see information below. Elected members are subject to jury if entry is not in designated medium category).

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS CAREFULLY
ELIGIBLE ARTIST MEMBERS:
Associate, Elected and Honorary Members in good standing (All dues and arrears must be paid by September 7th).

Any entry received without $20 Entry Fee payment and JPEG image will not be processed. Any entry received after September 7th will not be processed. This is a members-only show. Entries from NEW ASSOCIATE MEMBERS are welcome. All artist entrants must reside in the USA.

ELIGIBLE WORK:
Six Medium Categories:
• Aquamedia
• Collage and Mixed Media
• Graphics
• Oils/Acrylics
• Pastels
• Sculpture

All work must be original creations by the artist, created within the last 5 years, and not previously exhibited in any Audubon Artists Exhibit.

All work must be for sale and priced realistically. AA receives a sales commission of 30% on all sales related to the Exhibit.
Any work not meeting AA quality standards will not be accepted. Jurors decisions are final and acceptance into the exhibit is not guaranteed. All fees are non-refundable.

DIGITAL IMAGE (JPEG) REQUIREMENTS:

NOTE: Medium Directors review images online to determine acceptance for this exhibit.

AA QUALITY STANDARDS:
Photograph all art without a frame, mat, glass or objects in the background. Work should be well-lighted and in sharp focus.

One entry per member
• 2-D work – one JPEG image
• 3-D work – one or two JPEG images of the same entry

JPEG image must meet these size requirements:

Image Must be 300 dpi at no larger than 3 inches on long side, image size not exceed 1MB.

All JPEG image files must be labeled as follows PRIOR to uploading them to the entry form.
Last name _ First name _ Title _ Medium _ Size(hxw) _ Price
(Example: Smith_Mary_Sunrise_Aquamedia_16x20_800)

NOTE: please do not use quotation marks or special characters when labeling image.

Do NOT use a cell phone or tablet to submit your images. Due to the large volume of entries we receive, we cannot label images for you. Images that are not labeled correctly will be rejected.

Please note that once you have entered the exhibit, any changes to submissions will incur a $10 administrative fee.
